She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Smith (Denise), Christine Smith, Stefanie Burkhart (Ron) and Jeffrey Smith (Tina); and her nieces and nephews, Bryan Smith (Julie), Matthew Stanislaw (Beth), Jessica Stanislaw, Bradley Smith (Kristy), Sarah Farkas (Ben), Kyle Wood (Kayla Ruffner), Emma Wood (Shane Cieslewicz), Jake Smith, Ally Smith, Alaina Smith (Anthony) and Nathan Myotte (Ronni).
