He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Billeck and Bertha Billeck (Throm); and his siblings, Michael Billeck, Johnny Billeck (Natalie), Robert Billeck and Jane Ann Horn.
He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Pascuzzi; his son Tom Billeck, Jr. (Devin); his granddaughters, Isabella Billeck, Emma Billeck, Missy Derr (Ryan) and Miranda Fink; his partner's daughter Tammy Pascuzzi; his sisters, Lillian Kuchinka (Mike), Virigina Mandish (Louis) and Tammy Painter; and his sister-in-law Carol Billeck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc. (3343 PA-130, Harrison City, PA 15636).
