He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Billeck and Bertha Billeck (Throm); and his siblings, Michael Billeck, Johnny Billeck (Natalie), Robert Billeck and Jane Ann Horn.
He is survived by: his significant other Shirlee Pascuzzi; his son Tom Billeck, Jr. (Devin); his granddaughters, Isabella Billeck, Emma Billeck, Missy Derr (Ryan) and Miranda Fink; his significant other's daughter Tammy Pascuzzi; his sisters, Lillian Kuchinka (Mike), Virigina Mandish (Louis) and Tammy Painter; and his sister-in-law Carol Billeck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
