He was predeceased by: his brothers, David and Doug. He is survived by: his mother Patricia McGarrity; his wife Cheryl McNally; his son Thomas; his sisters, Letty Blasiola (Dave), Debbie Stickle (Joe) and JoAnne Campbell (Craig); his sister-in-law Audrey; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Hayden, Maddy, Addy, Mason, Thomas, Parker and Bryce; and his great grandchild Jace. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Tom's name to the American Cancer Society.
