Thomas M. Yeager Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas M. Yeager (Irwin, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 27, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Yeager and Ann Yeager (Yaga); his wife Constance L. Yeager (Greenwalt); his son-in-law Keith Mohsinger; and his sister Joanne Scott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Mohsinger of Edgewater, MD and Bethany Stauffer (David) of Boardman, OH; his grandchildren, Alyssa Yeager-Perry (Lonzelle), Drew Guty, Jake, Coleman and Luke Stauffer; and his great grandchild Kieran.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William Snyder Funeral Home, Inc. (521 Main St, Irwin, PA 15642). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of the Immaculate Conception (308 2nd St, Irwin, PA 15642).
In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made to the Dementia Society of America.
