It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Trish Kruszyna of Irwin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Trish Kruszyna to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Buzzy" Fagan and Marjorie Miller Fagan; and her siblings, Thomas Fagan Jr., Colleen Haley and Kellie Fagan.
She is survived by: her husband Richard M. Kruszyna; her sons, Richard and Michael; her sister Bonnie Heasley; and her siblings-in-law, Linda and Michael Simmeth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
