He is survived by: his parents, David D'Amico and Alicia D'Amico of West Newton; his wife Shaina (Gongaware); his son Valentino; his brother Ben (Cierra Hoover) of Irwin; his grandparents, Marlene Hemphill of Smithton and Wayne A (Sterner); his parents-in-law, Joni Rain of Madison and Bruce Gongaware (Cyndi) of West Newton; his brother-in-law David Cochran (Alyssa Scott); his nibling Hadley; his brothers-in-law, John and Ivana Cochran; and his nephew Viktor. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
