He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walter and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Minor; his wife Nancy Ann Weber; his brothers, Ronald and Gary Minor; and his stepgrandson Tanner Edwards.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Minor (Larry Geibel), Robert "Bobby" Minor (Brenda) and Kevin Minor (Deb); his grandchildren, William Malady III, Kailey Olsen (Caleb), Montana Minor, Cheyanne Minor and Morgan McNany (Matt); his stepgrandson Martin Shearer; his great grandchild Athena Olsen; and his sisters-in-law, Artie and Bonnie Minor.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory (99 Franklin St, Stoneboro, PA 16153). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the dairy department at The Great Stoneboro Fair.
