He is survived by: his wife Fannie K. Zook (Lapp); his children, Mary L. (Samuel S. Zook), Katie L. (Michael K. Lantz), Jonas S. Zook (Katie), Mattie L. (Elmer M. Zook) and Issac H. Zook (Anna Mary); and his siblings, Rachel (Israel Esh), John Zook (Elizabeth), Noah Zook (Katie), Jonas Zook (Sarah), Annie Zook and Rebecca Zook. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 1236 S College St, Myerstown, PA 17067.
