He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Toth and Anna Toth (Hupkovich); his brothers, Michael and Richard; and his nephews, Jeff and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Toth (Ballow); his sons, George Campbell (Joy) and Jody Campbell (Amanda); his grandchildren, Quinn, Regan, Carson and Isabella; his sister Elaine Tomechak (Gerard); and his siblings-in-law, Bernadette Ballow and George Ballow.
