She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Rios and Adella Rios (Kohser); her husband Al Polaski; her sons, Garrett and A. J. Polaski; and her siblings, Flo Rodriguez and Thomas Rios.
She is survived by: her son Curtis Polaski; her grandchildren, Adela and Gavin; and her siblings, Edna Mae Aldeen and Fred Rios.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sperling Funeral and Cremation Care, Inc. (700 Blazier Dr, Wexford, PA 15090). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
