He is survived by : his wife Patricia Tkaczuk (Rose); his children, Stephan Tkaczuk (Megan), Heather Tkaczuk (Joesph) and Patricia Tkaczuk (Michael); his grandchildren, Joseph, Lucille and Jackson; his siblings, Natalie (Matthew) and Edmund (Katherine); and his brothers-in-law, Jim (Linda) and Walter. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
