She is survived by: her husband LeRoy "Skip" Cottrell; her children, Ryan R. Smith of Beach Lake, PA and Kayley Smith (Christian Salas) of Indian Trail, NC; her grandchildren, Mia Andrea Salas, Aurora, Annaleese and Elijah Smith; her brother Wayne Kozloski of Lincoln Park, NJ; her nephew Wayne Kozloski (Mary) of Port Jervis, NY; her great-nephew Dillon Kozloski; her stepchildren, Kenneth Cottrell (Vicki) of Chadds Ford, PA and Kimberly Gerrity (Robert) of Dalton, PA; and her stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Jamison Gerrity, Hunter and Kendel Cottrell.
