It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sara F. Kollek of Jackson, Pennsylvania, born in Evans City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Fisher and Lelia Allen Fisher; her husband John E. Kollek; her brother Carl Fisher; and her pet Duff.

She is survived by: her children, Katrina Hohmann (Howard) of Monaca, Krystal Kaiser (Rick) of Evans City, Karla Kopp (Dennis) of Evans City and Todd E. Kollek (Michelle) of Harmony. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Sally's honor to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053.
