It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zelda Dugan of Jackson, Pennsylvania, born in Conemaugh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Grove and Gertrude Grove (Litzinger); her husband Robert; and her siblings, Wayne, Bobbie, Ralph, Fred and Helen Fama.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Abigail and Alexandra Dugan; her great grandchild Joseph Palumbo; her siblings-in-law, Liz, Jane, Evelyn Grove, Dorothy Dugan, Jim Dugan, Ken Dugan, Ray Biter and Mike Popp; her children, David Dugan, Tim Dugan (Elise), Rob Dugan, Mary Kay Dugan, Ellen Machuta (Jack), Doug Dugan and Roger Dugan (Beth); her siblings, Ruth Biter, Ann Fisher (Fred), Kate Shultz (Jim), John, Elmer (Barbara), Raymond (Catherine), Donald (Dolores) and Dean (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Kay Popp and Janice Dugan. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandson.
