She is survived by: her husband Richard Godfrey; her daughter Sherry Warych (Chris); her grandchildren, Candace Warych and Shane Warych; her siblings, James Farley and Leslie Henk; her stepmother Florence Farley; and her brother-in-law Dennis Godfrey (Sue). She is also survived by six nieces & nephews.
