He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Randolph and Evelyn Randolph (Graham); his wife Brenda Randolph; his grandparents, Leroy and Hildred Graham; his siblings, Larry, Lynn Randolph and Dolly Randolph; and his nephew David Randolph.

He is survived by : his brother Leroy Randolph of Plymouth Township. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lyal's name may be made to the Animal Protective League, 5970, Green Road, Ashtabula, OH 44004.
