He was predeceased by : his wife Judy Huttenlock; and his parents, Francis Huttenlock and Helen Giorgetti Huttenlock. He is survived by : his children, Eric Huttenlock (Ali) and Robin Huttenlock (Matt Benes); his grandson Logan Huttenlock; and his siblings, Frank Huttenlock (Alicia Wydro), Paul Huttenlock (Darlene), David Huttenlock and Lisa Bruecks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Gerry's life would change with a Alzheimer's disease diagnosis in 2016.
