She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Lewandowski and Antonina Lewandowski (Pochylska); her brothers, Edward Lewandowski (Jadwiga), Tony Lewandowski (Janine) and Peter Lewandowski (Nina); and her stepparent Petro Lewandowski.
She is survived by: her husband Mieczyslaw Zalewski; her children, Ursula Raczak (Stephen) and Ed Zalewski (Donna); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Garritt and Nathaniel.
