He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Strocen and Elizabeth Cook Strocen; and his brothers, Francis Strocen and Leon Strocen. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Anne Strocen; his daughters, Theresa A. Strocen-Bates (Norm Bates, Jr.) and Michele Strocen Hertz (Keith); his grandchildren, Patrick Hastings, Sean Hastings (Lauren), Ryan Bates, Anna, Maldonado (Ricardo), Kelly Hastings and Evan Hastings; his great grandchild Isabella Maldonado; and his sister Elizabeth Romett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
