He is survived by: his wife Karen Lynn Nave (Stape); his children, Brandy Koons (Bryan), Pamela Varsafsky and Michael Nave (Heather); his grandchildren, Shelby, Kyle Koons, Dade, Alec Varsafsky and Taylor-Lynn Nave; and his siblings, Douglas Nave (Shirley), Diane Livengood and Dan Nave (Darcy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
