He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Antoniak (Morgan) of Jeannette; his grandparents, Patrick, Ann Morgan, Theodore and Lucy Antoniak; his cousins, Donnie Antoniak, David Morgan and Nicholas Lazarchik; and his pet Kara.
He is survived by: his father Duane Antoniak; his children, Aleisha Antoniak (Dylan Thiel), Karleigh Antoniak (Joluis Trinidad) and Christopher Klaus of Jeannette; his grandchildren, Sawyer Klaus, Oliver Antoniak, Rowan, Avalon Thiel, Amiyla Antoniak, Solana, Catalina and Yasmeen Trinidad; and his brothers, Vincent Antoniak (Lacey Caldwell) of Jeannette and Patrick Antoniak of Jeannette. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (504 Cowan Ave, Jeannette, PA 15644).
