He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hozempa and Anna Lesnick Hozempa; and his brothers, Joseph and Robert Hozempa. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Billeck Hozempa; his daughters, Rachel Billeck of Jeannette and Crystal Bryant (William) of Jeannette; and his granddaughter Maelynn Bryant. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
