She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael J. Pearch and Anna Pearch (Shandrick); her former husband Joseph J. Burzio; her husband Frank J. Mutolo; her stepson Christopher Mutolo; and her siblings, Peter, Michael, John Pearch, Martha Sauter, Helen Wish, Susann Beardsley and Margie Gardner.

She is survived by: her children, Beth Burzio-Floro (Arthur), Bob Burzio (Candace) and Barbara Burzio; her stepdaughter Rev. Frances Mutolo (Michael Malivuk); her grandchildren, Chelse, Kayla (Nick), Nicholas and Kayli; and her great grandchildren, R. J. and Sonny. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
