She was predeceased by: her parents, David "Buzz" Wallace and Betty Wallace (Funk); her husband Richard Florek; and her siblings, Norene Cinti and Dave Wallace.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Florek (Kathryn) of Columbus, OH and Nikki Zubaty (Ken) of Greensburg; her close friends, Lou Ann, Gerry and Becky; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Kelly, Cole and Bella; and her great grandchild Steele. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
