She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sr. Moore and Marguerite Moore (Earnes); her sister Barbara Brandt; and her son-in-law Bryan Crouse. She is survived by: her husband Dennis E. Noel; her children, Joel Ward (Phallen) of Monessen, Jennifer Pajak (Josh) of Scottdale and Lori Crouse (Matt Highlands) of Scottdale; her grandchildren, Dakota Kaylor, Luca Crouse, Ally Pajak, Jaxon and Pierce Ward; her brothers, Walter Moore Jr. (Betty) of Greensburg and David Moore (Joyce) of Scottdale; and her brother-in-law Jim Brandt of Youngwood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
