She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Johnson and Ann M. Kempert Johnson; her husband James Comp; her son Carl Hillsman; and her siblings, Marlane Johnson and Richard.
She is survived by: her brother Harold Johnson (Debbie) of Greensburg; and her daughter-in-law Carla Hillsman of Berkley Springs, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
