He was predeceased by: his parents, William Worthington and Mary Hudak Worthington; and his brother William Worthington. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Y. Mitchell Worthington; his children, Paul B. Worthington (Genevieve) of Natrona Heights and Kimberly Worthington of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Taylor, Jacob, Nikalus, Damian and Mayala; his great grandchildren, Theodore and Lileth; and his sister Virginia Sabotkin of Hickory, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
