She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kessel and Laura Kessel (Tait); her husband Franklin D. "Pinky" Loughner Sr.; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Loughner. She is survived by: her children, Franklin Dean Loughner Jr. and Jeanne Allison (Donnie); her grandchildren, Heather Blassingame, Deanne Loughner (Kamal), Franklin and Loughner III (Erin); her great grandchildren, Cameron Binda, Dylan Binda, Maliyah Loughner, Jaliyah Blassingame, Cora Loughner and Yessmina Benlahrir; her great great grandchild Walker; and her sister Myrl Highlands (Chuck). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
