She was predeceased by: her mother Karen Pianetti Massari; and her godfather Anthony D. "Moe" Massari. She is survived by: her father Frank "Shine" Massari; her husband Jim Slivan; her daughter Sofia Slivan; her sister Lisa Massari-Wilson; her goddaughter Mia Wilson; her brother Frank L. Massari (Stefanie); and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Swiklinski (Robert) and Jeff Slivan (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts may be directed to the Mario Lemieux Center for Blood Cancers at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
