He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Welsh; his daughter Larissa Estep-Welsh; his grandchildren, Liam and Mekkhi; and his brothers, Frank and Robert, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home (1701 PA-51, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
