He is survived by: his parents, Bernard Smith and Patricia Smith (Maciejewski) of Mt. Lebanon; his wife Danette Smith (Palmieri); his daughters, Presley and Adalynn Smith; and his siblings, Pamela Smith of Baldwin and Dave Smith (Christa) of Mt. Lebanon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
