He was predeceased by: his brother James Green; and his parents, LeRoy Green and Betty Green (Cooper). He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Green (Mathews); his children, Craig Green (Jennifer), Chad Green, Camden and Carson Green; and his brother Chuck Green (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
