He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew J Frank of Smithfield and Beatrice Shaposka Riggs of The Villages, Florida.; his wife Dr. Lynn Pavlic; his daughter Amanda Jo; his son-in-law Joshua Melhorn of Washington; his brothers, John Frank (Jackie) of Irwin and Robert Frank (Marcy) of Scenery Hill; his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Pavlic of Roscoe and Joseph Zmijowski of Charleroi; and his pets, Bennett and Scarlet. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, 1 great niece, 1 great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. (825 Fallowfield Ave, Charleroi, PA 15022). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
