He is survived by : his wife Kathy Dougherty; his children, Chuck Dougherty, Jr. (Jennifer), Shannon Dougherty (Liz) and Kevin Dougherty (Jackie); his grandchildren, Amanda, Emily, Keane, Caleb and Saoirse; and his brother Rodger Dougherty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
