She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Thomas and Rosemary Thomas (Fellows); her daughter Cindy Hofius; her brother Douglas Thomas; and her brother-in-law Sonny Hoffman.
She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Hofius; her grandchildren, Marianna, Kaylee, Dalton, Emily and Cody; her sons, Richard E. Hofius (Amanda) of Henderson, NV and Shane Hofius of Clarion, PA; and her sister Jeanine Hoffman of Texas. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Lakeside Evangelical Church, 3203 N. Hermitage Rd., Transfer, PA 16154.
