He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Harvey and Lois Harvey (Timms); and his brothers, Richard, Warren and Brian Harvey.
He is survived by: his sons, David K. Harvey (Jessica) of Tunkhannock and Robert K. Harvey (Tramy Tran) of Orlando, Fla.; and his siblings, Eileen Collins of Meshoppen, Rodney Harvey of Florida, Clyde Harvey of Tunkhannock, Doreen Harvey and R. J. Harvey.
