With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ewald Kanwischer of Jefferson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Kanwischer and Lydia Kanwischer (Beck); and his siblings, Richard Kanwischer and Margarete Mummert. He is survived by: his brother Arnhold Kanwischer (Gloria) of Spring Grove. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ewald's memory may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 4767 Lehman Rd., Spring Grove (Stoverstown), PA 17362.
