He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Patrick Sr. and Gertrude Patrick (Gainer); his sister Patricia "Patsy" McGraw; his grandson Shane Patrick; and his great grandchild Daniel Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Frank Patrick III (Myrna), Dawn McGarry (Kieran) and Lynn Leary; his sister Doreen Chucuddy (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Joshua, Antanette, John, Ravyn, Christopher, Rylea, Eleanor and Fiona.
