He is survived by : his wife Deborah Frost-Balliard; his sister Juanita Balliard Carter; his mother-in-law Dolores Frost; his siblings-in-law, Cathy Gray (Marvin), Susan Frost Benzo (Bruce), Leonard Frost Jr., Lynn Frost, Stephen Frost, Nanette Ragan (John) and Lisa Kotewicz (Ray); his godson Daniel Ragan; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Price and Harry Carter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home (221 N 2nd Ave, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (101 McLay Dr, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A committal service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Round Hill Cemetery (2131 Round Hill Church Rd, Elizabeth, PA 15037).
