He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Watters and Dorothy Watters (Lee); and his sister Dorothy Yahn. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Watters (Ringer); his children, Karen Gemmett (David) of Boston, MA and Russell Watters of Collegeville; and his grandsons, Mark and Daniel Gemmett.
