She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Groom Mitchell and Daniel P. Mitchell; her husband Willard G. Edwards; her brother Robert Mitchell; and her son Daniel Edwards.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Edwards (Donna Evans) of Jefferson Township, Scott Edwards (Patricia) of Dunmore and Gordon Edwards (Lori) of Harding; her daughter-in-law Alita Edwards; her grandchildren, Daniel Edwards Jr. (Bonnie), Heather Meagher (Tim), Samuel Edwards (Jaime), Abigail Cummings (Raymond), Christian Edwards, Jessica Birmingham (Stephen), Adam Edwards and Lydia Edwards; and her caregivers, Alize, Tamra, Lisa, Sydney and Danielle. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
