She is survived by: her former husband Charles Fowler; her sisters, Iona Kitko of Wooten, OH and Shirley Hickman of Vestaburg, PA.; her son Robert Fowler; her grandchildren, Robert Fowler Jr. and Jade Fowler; her daughter Christina Fowler of Jefferson, PA; her granddaughter Katelyn Orndoff of Saberton, WV.; and her husband Chuck.
