Hetrick (Lisa M. Hetrick) of Tulpehocken Township, Sandra L. Kaplan (Sanford Kaplan) of Brooksville, Florida, Beverly A. Stoudt (Craig Stoudt) of Jefferson Township, Lorie J. Kumer (Joseph Kumer) of Lititz, Cheryl D. Zosh (Daniel Zosh) of Laguna Beach, California, Holly J. Boltz (Alan Boltz) of Jefferson Township and Alison J. Strunk (Jeffrey Strunk) of Jefferson Township. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
