She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Necciai and Catherina Piskor Necciai; her brother Timothy Necciai; and her nephew Timothy Necciai. She is survived by: her husband Thomas B. Hultz; her sons, Thomas James Hultz (Sharon) of West Mifflin and Stephen Albert Hultz (Heather) of Forward Township; her grandchildren, Zadie, Stephen, Cyahh and Leah; her siblings, Sandy O'Toole (Charlie) of Massachusetts, Julius "Gig" Necciai (Kathy) of Maryland, Ginger Clement Zimmerman (Guy) of Monongahela, Gus Necciai (Brenda) of Monongahela and David Necciai of Donora; and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Necciai of Maryland and Stacy Phillips (Ed) of Washington. She is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews; twenty great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the River Hill Church of Christ (2105 River Hill Rd, Monongahela, PA 15063).
