She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Slezak Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Slezak Jr. (Betty), Sue Kelly, Cindy Blanchard (Greg) and Kathy Bishop (Ron). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
