He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick T. Mannion and Ann Mannion (Onda); and his brother James Mannion. He is survived by: his daughters, Danica Miller (Jeff) of Elizabeth Twp and Jessica Mannion of Lincoln Borough; his grandchildren, Sydney and Luke; and his sister Patty Ann Zusinas (Anthony) of Moon Twp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
