She is survived by: her husband James E. Crovak; her children, James W. Crovak (Chrissy) of Elizabeth and Melissa E. Crovak of Forward Twp; her grandson Matthew Crovak (Shelby) of Elizabeth; her great grandchild Levi Crovak; and her siblings, Evelyn Forsyth of Georgia, Sharon Pence (Randy) of North Carolina, William "Buddy" Laverick (Linda) of North Carolina and Howard Laverick (Audrey) of Belle Vernon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
