She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Smith and Margaret Virginia Everly Smith; her husband James A. Smith; and her siblings, Geraldine Campbell, Dwayne Everly, Jenny Campbell Heilman, Floyd Everly, Robert Campbell and Alta Campbell Sheetz.
She is survived by : her sons, Lester Lee Smith (Francesca) and Eric Dwayne Smith; and her siblings, Charles Raymond Campbell, Georgie Campbell Gray and Thelma Campbell. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
