It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy L. Posa in Jefferson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Tammy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Kohut and Norma Kohut (Behanna); and her siblings, Terry and Valerie Kohut. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Posa; her children, Amber Naccarato (Mike) of Rostraver Twp, Mary Joe Posa of Forward Twp and Joseph J. Posa II (Taylor) of Forward Twp; her grandson Nicholas; and her brothers, Brian Kohut (Shelly) of Forward Twp and Donald Kohut (Rebecca) of White Oak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home (221 N 2nd Ave, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
