He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Douglass, and Madeline Douglass, Sr. (Huffner). He is survived by: his wife Holly Lynn Douglass (Bregler); his sons, David Douglass and Andrew J. Douglass; his stepdaughter Maria D. Sine; and his siblings, Karl Douglass (Kelly), Robert Douglass, Lynn E. Pribis and Patsy Douglass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bill's name may be made to the American Legion Post 234 of Souderton or Cradle of Liberty Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
